Certified Dementia Practitioner personnel provide elder care assistance
We offer skilled nursing services by Home Health Agencies as well as supervision and administration by Certified Dementia Practitioner personnel. Our dementia care facility staff receives specialized training in Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias including behavior management interventions. A high staff to resident ratio ensures consistent personalized care for each resident.
Certified Dementia Practitioners will communicate your loved one’s needs with physicians, family, and staff. All dementia assisted living help is based on a comprehensive assessment and specialized care plan designed for each resident with the goal of meeting their needs at every stage of dementia.
All adult care services provided at Assured Assisted Living Memory Care assisted living homes are included in the monthly fee. There are no rate increases for the first 12 months. In addition, there are no itemized extra costs.
